1. How old was Joseph during the events recorded in Gen.39-41?

The story of Joseph begins in earnest when he was 17 years old - - shepherding his father’s flock in Canaan? – Gen.37:2

Joseph had been incarcerated (after the false accusation of Potiphar’s wife) for approximately two years – Gen.41:1

5. What was the outcome of Joseph’s supervision?

“During the seven years of plenty the land brought forth abundantly.” – vs.47

During these seven years stockpiles of grain were stored (20% of the total harvest) in various locations. – vss.34 & 48

Prior to the famine Asenath and Joseph were blessed with the birth of two sons. – vss.51-52

What is the meaning of the names of Joseph’s two sons - - Manasseh and Ephraim?

When the seven years of famine arrived there was an adequate supply of food stashed in the storehouses. – vss.53-56
